Abuse Policy

This abuse policy set outs the procedure you will need to follow to report an abuse and/or complaint connected to our services and/or that constitute a breach of our terms and conditions.

The abuse and/or complaint must be reported by sending an email to support@namelynx.com. The report should be as detailed as possible in order to allow us to investigate the matter.

Upon receipt of the abuse and/or complaint report we will investigate the matter with a view of seeking a resolution, as soon as reasonably possible, in the matter.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of the abuse and/or complaint report within three working days of submitting such a report.

We may contact you for additional information should this be required to resolve the matter.
